Do I need a new consumer unit?
Not always. We test first and only recommend a board upgrade if the existing one can't be made safe — and we'll show you the test results.
How long does a full rewire take?
A three-bedroom house is usually four to six working days, and we can do it room by room so you keep hot water and a working kitchen.
Can you do the EV charger grant paperwork?
Yes. As an OZEV authorised installer we claim the grant on your behalf — you just sign the consent form.
Do you offer landlord EICRs?
Regularly. Reports arrive digitally within 24 hours with photographs of every observation, and we quote any C2 fixes up front.
Are you covered for older properties?
Most of our work is Victorian and inter-war terraces. We deal with rubber, lead and fabric wiring weekly and will tell you honestly what's safe.
